Technology description
RackRacer is Trascar's advanced solution for the automated multi-depth management and storage of pallets, without using a stacker crane.
Each floor has a mother shuttle that runs along the main aisles of every loading level, carrying the satellite and positioning it with maximum accuracy at the entrance of the required channel.
The on-board satellite (Pallet Shuttle): controlled wirelessly by the mother shuttle, it releases and enters the storage channels to autonomously retrieve, store and reposition pallets deep inside the racking.
Suitable for indoor warehouses with a high inbound/outbound pallet flow.
