Stacker cranes with Pallet Shuttle: maximum density, minimum footprint

Our range of multi-depth pallet stacker cranes is designed to operate with maximum reliability up to 35 m in height, with single- or double-pallet pick-up. It allows efficient storage in warehouses with a limited number of SKUs and high handling demand.

Trascar pallet stacker cranes are optimised to withstand the most extreme conditions of the frozen environment (-25 °C).

When the goal is to increase storage capacity without expanding the warehouse, the multi-depth Pallet Shuttle solution makes it possible to use space significantly more efficiently than traditional systems.

The stacker crane moves pallets between the different rack levels, while the satellite independently enters the channels to deposit and retrieve load units. This allows each channel to hold numerous pallets in depth, reducing the number of aisles required and significantly increasing storage density.

The entire system is managed and coordinated by the warehouse software, which controls movements, organises flows and ensures the correct rotation of stock.
