Automatic pallet handling with LGVs and AMRs

LGVs and AMRs automate pallet transfer between production, warehouses, packaging lines and shipping areas, ensuring continuous, safe and traceable flows. LGVs are particularly suitable for defined routes and high-frequency repetitive movements, while AMRs navigate autonomously, changing their route according to obstacles and operating conditions. Integrable with WMS, WCS and production systems, both technologies reduce manual handling and can be configured according to layout, capacities and required performance.

AGV & LGV for Pallets

AGVs & LGVs are driverless industrial vehicles used for the automated handling of materials and the optimisation of internal logistics processes. AGVs are autonomous vehicles that travel along a fixed, predefined path, highly reliable and ideal for repetitive, linear routes. An LGV is a laser-guided vehicle that uses a sensor to scan its surroundings through 360°. By detecting dedicated reflective mirrors placed inside the warehouse, the vehicle calculates its position in real time. Suitable for flexible solutions that require routes and traffic logic to change over time.

AMR for Pallets

AMRs are autonomous mobile robots for the automated handling of pallets and the optimisation of intralogistics processes. AMRs for pallets automate pallet transport inside warehouses and plants, making logistics flows more efficient, flexible and safe. Thanks to natural navigation, they can move inside the warehouse with operational flexibility and no need for structural work, connecting production, storage, picking and shipping areas. The machines are managed and coordinated through dedicated software (Fleet Management) that can be integrated with company systems such as WMS or ERP.
