Technology description
Packstation palletising is an automated solution in which the operator or a robotic system places the cases inside a raised station, where the pallet is built according to a predefined pattern.
Automatic palletising islands in which one or more robots pick products coming from production or picking lines and arrange them on the pallet according to a predefined pattern.

The key features of this solution are:
- excellent ergonomics for manual operations, with the working level for picking and placing the case always constant thanks to the vertical movement of the pallet being built.

Pack Station
Single robot version
Configuration with a single anthropomorphic robot dedicated to the palletising station.
Double robot version
Configuration with two linked anthropomorphic robots, doubling the station's throughput.
Robotic palletising
The automatic palletising plants built by Trascar are cutting-edge solutions designed to speed up and optimise the production process of companies operating in any commercial and industrial sector, thanks to the use of Cartesian-axis robots and 5- or 6-controlled-axis anthropomorphic robots. Bags, cartons, boxes, cheese rounds and other types of products are sorted and transported to their destination through automatic conveying systems.
Gripping units
The clamps are designed and built directly by Trascar and allow the best grip and protection of the packaging. Single- or multiple-unit gripping groups can be made: electro-pneumatically or electro-mechanically operated clamps, vacuum systems or customised groups for the various types of packaging. All gripping groups can include the application of empty-pallet gripping devices and/or interlayer-gripping devices, picked from a dedicated containment store.
