Overview

Our WonderWay WMS centralises the management of all logistics activities: from storage to shipping. Interfaceable with the main ERPs, it lets you optimise space, monitor flows in real time and increase responsiveness at every operational stage.

Thanks to integration with the WMS, such as Trascar’s WonderWay, the system intelligently manages case release, sequencing and final pallet composition.

This makes it possible to increase throughput without sacrificing accuracy, improving operational visibility and real-time performance monitoring.

The role of the software: WonderWay

Trascar’s WonderWay WMS governs:

  • the case release sequence,
  • pallet composition by product family,
  • the physical stability of the final pallet.

The software calculates the optimal arrangement of cases on each pallet in advance and releases the cases in the perfect order, with no improvisation.

WonderWay across the three ranges

WonderFPA

Automatic Pallet Warehouses

In the FPA range, WonderWay governs full-pallet storage: it assigns locations, coordinates stacker-crane, shuttle and satellite missions and manages inbound and outbound flows with FIFO, LIFO and ABC rotation logics.

It keeps inventory updated in real time and maximises storage density and throughput of the automated warehouse, interfacing with the plant ERP.

WonderPDP

Palletising / Depalletising

In the PDP range, WonderWay drives palletising and depalletising: it calculates pallet composition by product family, layer sequencing and the physical stability of the final pallet, up to per-order mixed-case pallets.

It integrates with the EasyPallet software and the robotic cells to release cases in the perfect order, increasing throughput without sacrificing accuracy.

WonderCBX

Box & Case Automation

In the CBX range, WonderWay orchestrates automated order preparation: it coordinates shuttles, sorters, AMRs and Goods-to-Person systems (iBOT), managing picking, consolidation and case sequencing for shipping.

It balances the workload across storage aisles and applies ABC rotation classes, ensuring maximum accuracy and real-time operational visibility.
