The challenge
Kipas Mensucat, one of the world's largest yarn manufacturers with a 300,000 m² facility and 300 tons/day production, required a complete system from automatic connection of spinning machines to final packaging, maximising logistical efficiency at industrial scale.
The solution
Trascar built an integrated system automatically connecting yarn production machines through to packaging of the finished product ready for shipment. The system manages the entire internal logistics chain of one of the world's largest textile facilities.
