The challenge
Texbond, a producer of nonwoven for medical, furniture and automotive applications, needed to automate end-of-line processes on two Reicofil lines with bobbin handling, wrapping and packaging systems, reducing operating costs and risks from handling errors.
The solution
Trascar supplied two Reicofil lines and two handling systems with robotised bobbin manipulation islands featuring internal and external labelling and stretch-film wrapping on vertically stacked bobbins. Return on investment proved particularly fast.
