Union Industries needed to automate the unloading, handling, labelling and packaging of spunbond nonwoven bobbins, eliminating manual labour and zeroing out contamination risks on a hygiene-sensitive product.
The solution
Trascar built a fully automated system for the unloading, handling, internal and external labelling and final packaging of spunbond bobbins. The system eliminates all manual contact and guarantees a zero-contamination protocol along the entire line.
