The challenge
Hexis S.A.S., a French adhesive film manufacturer, needed to automate roll packaging and palletising at its Hagetmau facility, handling depalletising, internal and external labelling, polyethylene bagging, hot-glue carton sealing and final palletising.
The solution
Trascar built a fully automated solution with 3 anthropomorphic robots handling 4 rolls/minute: depalletising, dual labelling, polyethylene film bagging, hot-glue carton sealing and final palletising. The system interfaces with the plant ERP.
