Overview
SORT & PICK MINILOAD with extended buffer: machine automation with miniload stacker crane. Buffer locations managed in dynamic multi-depth with numerical control based on package size. Multi-depth with load units of different widths in a single cell. Sort-in cycles: creation of single-order buffer cells ('customer box') or single-SKU buffer cells ('item box'). Pick-out cycle: retrieval of single load units from different cells (automatic picking) or retrieval of the entire 'customer box' (outbound flow optimisation).
